Renovating the Cafe

We have been renovating the Cafe lately. One change is the red box to the left that allows you to subscribe to Cafe Hayek. Signing up will generate a daily email first thing in the morning with all the posts from the previous day. If you want to comment on any of the posts, you can click on the titles within the email to take you directly to the site. Don and I hope you like the changes.

    Russ,

Seems a bit redundant as, I would guess, most of your readers already use RSS to keep tabs on the site.

  • I wouldn't give email subscriptions (yuk) such prominence. Instead I would put all "subscribable" stuff (rss, email, podcasts) in a single box. It's good web design practice to group related things together.

    Love the writing though :)

I would also suggest adding the ability for the readers to email individual posts, because as you know, copying and pasting into an email is just way too much trouble.

Who cares stale day-old posts (ergo comments) anyhow?

As long as we are able to read the wisdom of Don and Rob, it doesn't matter what the background looks like
