I finally got my copy the other day! Should be required reading for Muirgeo and Co., I certainly will be giving copies away to colleagues and such. - Unit

I have no doubt that your colleagues will benefit from the book. Muirdiot, on the other hand, reads Hayek and Friedman and thinks he's reading Marx and Keynes. Lost cause.

2 Questions for Russ:

1. Did you know that the publisher would make the first chapter freely available for promotional purposes?

2. If yes to #1, did that change the way you wrote the first chapter?

Muirgeo wouldn't them double their prices! She would get the government to legislate against shortages, and profits, and earthquakes, too!
