LOL. This made my week. Instantly sharing with everyone I've ever met. Golden find, Russ.
I'm with John. Great find.
I so needed that laugh after what happened yesterday (Monday).
I enjoy the humor in it, but while the first crane truck may have been tipped into the water, the picture showing the second big green one going into the water is photo shopped.
This has been around before about 1.5 years ago.
The Detroit bailout can be viewed here:

Yes, yes, we all know about the photoshop part of it. But it doesn't matter if the whole thing was drawn by my 3 year old with her crayons.
The point remains the same.
Google IBD and Michael Ramirez. He's their cartoonist and has a cartoon that carries the same sentiment.
Obama is sitting in the driver's seat of a car that has been wrecked into a tree. Beside him is a GM truck, and Obama is saying "You're fired. Give me the keys."
I don't think he photoshopped anything though. Looks pretty much hand drawn to me. . .
Ray G,
Notice the "I enjoy the humor in it", and I agree that the end results of the work does perfectly illustrate TARP, which certainly makes the post worthwhile.
