I'm twittering as EconTalker. I'll twitter from time to time on EconTalk developments, Cafe Hayek developments, Adam Smith and whatever else I can express tersely. An experiment.

Following, thanks.
Stweet!
I don't see any EconTalker. Is your profile set to public to allow followers without verification?
Speaking of twitter, I've been a huge critic of it for a while thinking it was all about self importance and the inanity of daily life. I feel like I totally get it now and what makes it interesting is that it is a very bottom up, Hayekian way for individuals to converge on common subject matter. After understanding the #hashtags which allow anyone to post to a kind of public microblog to individuals providing information and news in times of crisis, this is a great example of complex emergent behavior.
You may want to check out the hashtags #tlot (top libertarians on twitter) as well as #economics #liberty, etc.
Look forward to receiving your tweets!
"We couldn't find anyone named EconTalker."
Any clue?
I can think of some twits in this blog's comments sections who I with were limited to 140 characters or less.
Glad you decided to go for it! Remember, most of the phone comes from the other people you connect with; the links they point you to and the conversations you have.
I'm @afg85
…most of the phone? What the heck? I mean most of the fun…I'm not sure if you can call that a typo…
Great, now following.
