Yes. Tom Palmer's scope of knowledge is impressive in both its depth and its breadth, and his thinking is clear. I haven't had the time myself, yet, but I consider it a must-read.
On that note, I have noticed that Palmer's blog (http://tomgpalmer.com/) is not on your blog-roll list. Libertarians interested in following this scholar's travels across the globe, tirelessly and bravely advancing the ideas of liberty to all cultures and peoples, will find it worth tagging.
