First of all almost no one wants the government to provide care directly even though it's been well demonstrated in the military, the VA and via Medicare/Medicaid they can do so just fine. What we want is for the government to only be the payor of insurance and cut out the unneeded scavenger middle men who provide no care.

We want all the Health Insurance Providers to lose their jobs so we can retrain them to be Health Care Providers.

I guess some other good reasons to want them to do so is so that cost will go down, denials of care will go down, bankruptcies from health care expenditures will go down, recissions of care will be gone, choice of doctors and providers will go up, competition between providers will go up, 30% of our health expenditures will no longer go to paying CEO's, stock holder, claims deniers, actuaries, advertisments and coporate jets... ect ect... making you wonder who in the heck would advocate for more of the same now offered by our current Corporate system.
