I join Bryan Caplan in applauding Karl Smith’s call for us economists to take more seriously what people say when they talk.

Cato’s Sallie James continues her just crusade against the corporate-welfare ogre that is the Ex-Im Bank - and here’s her new paper on this topic.

And George Will exposes another species of unjustified and harmful welfare for self-righteous and bloated organizations.
