Has the question of Keynesianism been settled?

Reader John Retzer writes:

A friend recently sent me this link ”proving” that the question of Keynesian economics has been settled. He then asked ”what evidence are you aware of that contradicts the basic Keynesian model at this point?”
John then asked me (Russ) to respond to the challenge. So I thought it might be useful to post some of the empirical arguments I’ve made that are relevant to this question.
