In this delightful, humorous, and spot-on correct short video from Reason, we learn of the true source of America’s bounty: private property rights (to which I would add also – influenced as I am by Deirdre McCloskey [2] – Americans’ cultural embrace, by and large, of bourgeois pursuits).
