In my view — expressed today in my latest essay at Tech Central Station [2] — the empirical fact that economics empirical studies are so extraordinarily challenging, combined with the ambiguity of the findings of recent empirical studies of the effects of minimum-wage legislation, gives us good reason to accept the theoretical case against the proposition that minimum-wage legislation helps low-skilled workers.
