Here’s my second installment at this month’s Cato Unbound [2]. And here’s Dean Baker’s reaction [3] – to which I add now (with more later) that the data I’m familiar with shows that real personal consumption expenditures have recovered now; they are slightly higher than they were pre-recession [4].
