Years ago I gave up my long-time masochistic practice of watching the network national evening news. But hanging out last evening with my son, who inexplicably wanted to watch the news (I must have a talk with that boy), I saw this “report” on the ABC News with Diane Sawyer. It’s on “adult bullying. [2]”
This report – and, even more, the fact that a report such as this would air on a national network “news” program – is ideal evidence of the infantilization of Americans. (But at least there’s no call for Congressional action to prevent this scourge. Yet.)
