Paul Krugman openly admits that greater centralized, government control over health-care resources means the near-inevitability of government deciding which health-care ‘needs’ are attended to and which remain neglected.  And even Mr. Krugman admits that the name for any such governmental-decision-making process might be “death panels” (although, suggests he, for supporters of government-run health care to call such a decision-making process by such an unappealing name is “snarky”).
