Type in an address and get a birds-eye view of the house and an estimate of what it’s worth along with estimates of all the other houses in the neighborhood. You can also get a five year trend. The site is Zillow.com. (HT: Carpe Diem). What a world we live in.

yes and you can even integrate web services into your site to provide your users with some zillow data. I used it to get some neighborhood profiles and get historical sales figures for making an offer on a house in a neighborhood.
My house has appreciated 1.8%(nominal) in 24 years (per Zillow). Long live the bubble.
Hey Russell, it's David from Zillow. Thanks for the shout-out. Glad you enjoy the site.
In the interest of accuracy, you may want to read this recent Wall Street Journal article:

There are some significant discrepancies.
They don't have an estimate on the place I'm looking to sell, which is just as well. They wouldn't know about the problem with the foundation.
Zillow's estimates are pretty notorious for being off the mark. I would expect the inaccuracy to be even greater during a downturn like the one we're experiencing now.
