I’d like readers to keep a lookout for articles that talk about the snow storms of the East coast having a silver lining–the increased demand for gutter repairs, roof repairs and snow cleanup that will stimulate the economy.

This story which profiled a few people making money off of the storm aired this morning on NPR:

To be fair, at other points on the show this morning, they talked about some of the people who had been adversely affected by the storm, but this segment on its own sounds like it's really emphasizing the “silver lining” you describe.
This “Time” blog post talks about income tax collected from state paid snow removal services. They put the so-called “snow stimulus” multiplier at 1.6. Whoopie!
