Regardless of its association with Econtalk, it actually makes for a good ringtone.

It works and is now my ringtone. but it was a pain to extract from the .zip file. That file only saved 3% because music files are already extremely compressed.

Probably better to serve up the two files separately, make one be the “iPhone” link and the other be “all other phones” link. Nobody needs to download both files.
