My colleague Larry White’s new book – The Clash of Economic Ideas - is now out.  Happily so!  (I started reading the published version last night and can hardly put it down.)

Speaking of my colleagues, here’s Dan Klein on allegory and political economy.

Speaking of Dan, here’s his former student Ted Balaker – and Dan’s lovely and brilliant wife, Lotta, and their adorable daughter, Becca – in a six-plus-minute video (from 2010) on Sweden.  It’s a great video.
