The Editor’s Job Was the Easiest

Yesterday evening I learned that the Fraser Institute book that I edited earlier this year – What America’s Decline in Economic Freedom Means for Entrepreneurship and Prosperity – has just been named the winner of the Atlas Network’s 2015 Sir Antony Fisher International Memorial Award.  All credit goes to Jason Clemens and his superb colleagues at the Fraser Institute and, of course, to the six superb authors whose original papers constitute this volume: Wayne Crews, Bob Lawson, Roger Meiners, Andy Morriss, Liya Palagashvili, and Russ Sobel. (Five excellent and expeditious anonymous referees – you know who you are! – also deserve thanks and applause.)
