Trade Destroys Only a Tiny Fraction of All Jobs that are Routinely Destroyed

In tomorrow’s (March 29th’s) New York Times I have an op-ed explaining that job losses in the United States caused by international trade are a very small fraction of overall job losses – that is, of total job losses caused by competition and innovation generally, much of which has little or nothing to do with imports.
