Brazil and South Africa cling to illiberal theories, such as governmental capital accumulation, exports as growth, and coerced import substitution. Such lagging countries can change, quickly, if they will adopt real liberalism and innovism. How do I know? Because the successful countries since the Netherlands in the seventeenth have. Every one.
