Is America a Third World Country?

Twenty years ago today, on January 7th, 2004, Paul Craig Roberts predicted that if the U.S. government did not significantly reduced the off-shoring of American jobs – especially white-collar American jobs – “the United States will be a Third World country in twenty years.”

I submit that this prediction is now disproved.
