My favorite public speaker is Tom Palmer, of the Cato Institute.  Listen to this speech of Tom’s and you’ll know why.

The linked audio is incomplete, cutting out about 27 minutes in. Does anyone know how I can get ahold of the entire thing? It is unclear which month it was included in for CatoAudio, so buying it through Audible would be futile.

I had the privelege of hearing Tom's speech at Cato University. I wrote a few thoughts about it at

It would appear to be from October of '04.
