"Being an effective communicator and a decent human being requires empathy—not the fake kind, to induce sympathy from your intellectual opponents, but a real curiosity about how decent people can look at the world so differently with such sincerity."

This is why I appreciate your novels, your blogs, and your comments during your econtalk interviews. You show a fair dialog between opposing points of view, and in so doing you break down my wall of defense, allowing me to see all sides.

Just received my Amazon order.

1) A Fable of Trade and Protection (3rd Edition)
2) The Invisible Heart: An Economic Romance
3) The Price of Everything: A Parable of Possibility and Prosperity

A long, long time ago while in High school and College the subject of economics was about as exciting as watching paint dry. (actually, paint drying might have won)

I really enjoy this website….. based on my early years introduction to economics I never would have thought economics could be intriguing.

Thank you for this FREE website!
