Randy February 4, 2009 at 9:22 am: Flipping through the channels last night, tuned in to CSPAN just long enough to catch Barbara Boxer's confusion about the total amount of the stimulus. Something along the lines of, "$880 billion, or $770 billion… yes, I think its $770 billion…". She might as well have added, "what everr…".
