Of course it is supposed to be simple, but the video is showing a very inaccurate caricature version of keynes.
i’ll bet the new video is again all about how keynes said that spending=wealth.

Happy to learn more about Keynes any time. And I’m eager to find a modern Keynesian who doesn’t advocate more spending during recession or high unemployment.
I agree. There’s a lot more to Keynes than that – just not a lot more to Keynes as an economist.
Correct, e.g., Keynes was a statistician by actual trade, who liked to put things like aggregate demand into shiny, metal boxes which can easily be measured and therefore predicted.
